Shipping Policy

Free UK Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Order Processing

We dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

If there is an unexpected delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 generally aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Please allow for both order processing and delivery time when placing your order. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays or service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional standard delivery fees for this.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Any applicable redelivery charge will be explained and agreed with you in advance.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs of any damage to the packaging or goods can help us resolve the matter.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive it, subject to your statutory rights.

International Delivery

Free standard delivery applies to UK orders only. Delivery outside the UK is available only where offered at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you place your order.
